Mary Dale Wilcoxen Mary Dale Wilcoxen, 67, passed away August 12, 2003 in Austin, Texas. Born November 20, 1935 in Abilene, Texas, to Norma and Dale McCook, she graduated from Dodge City High School in 1954 and then attended Abilene Christian College. She married Joseph Wilcoxen in 1956. She supported her husband in his farming business and was a full time mother. In her later years she worked for the Department of Treasury. Mary Dale and her husband were able to spend much time enjoying life and traveling the U.S. together. She was preceded in death by her parents, stepfather Taylor Carter, brother John and daughter Nancy Gay. She is survived by her loving and devoted husband Joe, and two children, Brent and his wife Dana and Candie and her husband Mike. Mary Dale is also survived by six grandchildren, Zachary, Mitchell, Jacob, Nancy, George and John and by her brother Fred, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, August 14th at 11:00 a.m. at the Southern Hills Church of Christ in Buda, Texas. Gayle Marvin Crowe and Randy Consford officiating. Graveside services will be held on Saturday, August 16th at 10:00 a.m. at the Maple Grove cemetery in Dodge City, Kansas. Arrangements by Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Home, 3125 N.
