Condolence & Memory Journal

Dear Jeff,

It has been many years since I've seen you and I just learned about your son Brad from our old friend Doug (in Oregon).

I want to send you my sincere condolences to you and your family.

I hope that the many great shared memories of Brad will provide a source of strength for all of you for the many great, good years ahead.

Be strong.

Your friend,
David Jenkins

To the Ellis Family,
My prayers and condolences are sent for the loss of a great man. In his honor, I signed up as well many others of the Texasbowhunter.com community to become registered organ donors. The power of this man is second to none as he was able to touch so many people's hearts and will continue to do so. I have never had the privilege to introduce myself to him and it would have been an honor to shake his hand as he made this world a much better place.

In Him,
Ryan

Wishing Peace to the family.....from Jamie whose sons Justin knew Brad

"May the road rise up to meet you, may the wind be ever at your back. May the sun shine warm upon your face and the rain fall softly on your fields. And until we meet again, may God hold you in the hollow of his hand. ~Irish Blessing"

Although no words can really help to ease the loss you bear, just know that you are very close in every thought and prayer.

We do not have a specific memory of Brad, but memories of the Ellis Family at our church when we first visited there. We recall seeing them sitting together at church and you could just feel the love, closeness and solid committment they had to each other and to God. We later had the privilidge of getting to know Jeff, Cynthia, and Precious Brooke. When we think of people we truly admire, this family comes to mind as these are two God focused parents who have raised their children to be outstanding humans, centered, with a confidnece and joy that is faith driven and based on values that were a part of their everyday life. This handsome, talented young man was a blessing to this world and to all he encountered as acknowledged and exemplified time and time again on facebook, among friends and colleages . But moreover, he was a blessing, a gift and a joy to all he touched , especially his family . We saw him sitting with his Mother, Father and Siblings and he had such a look of happiness and joy. We hope to see this again someday when all, including this wonderful family are reunited with God. It was an honor the first time and will be a glorious one to see again.
