Condolence & Memory Journal

I've known Mike since high school and always appreciated his friendship. We recently reconnected through automotive interests. Praying for his family and loved ones.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to Mike's family at this time. We are saddened by Mike's death and as long time acquaintances and friends, we will miss his friendship and pleasant outlook towards others. We are so sad to say we are sorry to have missed his recent visit when he stopped by our offices just a few weeks ago. Mike was generous with his kindness to others. He was very supportive of our Kars for Kids fund raisers and functions from 1989-1999. He will be missed by many.

Mike was a good friend to both David Mandot and myself. He not only shared his enthusiasm for all things aviation (and cars) but also helped both of us tremendously as we progressed through the myriad hoops in aviation to our dream jobs. After David's death and my retirement (in 2017) Mike continued to help me to find the best people to work on our airplanes, give BFRs, and general contact information. We all know that Mike was absolutely the very best networker (aka: rumor monger, though all of his that we learned of were spot on and therefore not the typical "rumor"). I will miss them both for the rest of my days. Over the next few months, and probably years, we will think of something that we want to tell or ask Mike and our hearts will once again go out to his family and all that felt a connection to him. My hope now is that they are swapping stories and keeping an eye on all of us as they wait for us to join them.

Mike, your wings were ready, but for us it was way too soon! We do know though that God's timing is always right! Heaven must have needed another Angel and they certainly got a good one!

When we miss someone as we miss you it is because we were lucky enough to have had someone very special in our life, You! We know that Heaven is much sweeter with you there! We also know that each of us will see you in Heaven! We Love you Mike Fooshee!❤❤
