I was saddened to learn of Jim's passing. Jim and I worked together at the Texas Attorney General's Office some years ago. I recall that we all benefited from Jim's vast legal expertise, and enjoyed his ready sense of humor. Jim was a gracious gentleman lawyer who left the world a better place. Thank you for the fond memories, Jim.
