I'm so sorry for your loss, Janis. Chuck was one of my very favorite patients at Seton, and then as a private client of mine. He was an exceptional person and had a very kind and positive personality.
My thoughts are with you, Janis, and with Chuck. His spirit had not died, just transformed. You, Janis, are also a very special person, and I wish you happiness, peace and comfort.

Janis, I am proud that Chuck was my fraternity brother and believe he was one of the nicest and finest people I ever knew. I am only sorry that we have not been in contact for many years. God bless you.

Janis, From what I see, you and Chuck had a long and happy marriage that evidently was very close and admirable. May your loving memories provide the support you need.

Where to even start, Jan to describe the sweetness of a friendship that started in the late 60s with ham-radio and spanned so many life events, moves and memories - all of them dear. Travis and Brett's name for you two when they were toddlers was Chuck-a-Jan because we always spoke of the two of you as one unit: Chuck and Jan. You both have always been so loving and open. I have treasured your friendship through all these years and will always hold you in my heart. We'll stay in touch.

Janis -- Our friendship started in Robert E. Lee, when I first admired you for playing the piano with such skill and passion, and I have felt close to you ever since. I send you a Big Texas Hug (from Hollywood) and my profound sympathies. Having lost several that I loved, I know how this pain feels. Kerry O'Quinn

Candle

I am saddened to learn of Chuck's passing. I knew him in the 1970-80's - as one of the first employee's at AVTEC and also as a ham radio operator. Throughout our tenure in business and as friends, I respected and liked Chuck very much. He was an excellent/meticulous engineer and I enjoyed the many projects we worked on. He was a caring and very fair person - indeed a pillar in the community. Til we meet in the ethereal waves of Heaven ....... There is no death, only a change of worlds. Chief Seattle

I am grateful to have been given the opportunity to befriend you and Chuck. It was always a pleasure to see the two of you monthly and converse about what was new in our lives. While it was heartbreaking to see Chuck's health decline over this past year, it was also heartwarming to witness your loving, caring way with him. It was apparent the two of you had a very special bond. I will miss Chuck and I will miss seeing the two of you together. I take comfort in knowing he's resting in paradise now. I will forever be grateful for our friendship and will forever keep you both close to my heart.
