I just found out news of Tom's passing through a mutual friend. I owe many of my business acumen and leadership skills from Tom. There's so many lessons that he had taught me that I can't recount them all. One thing that will always remind me of Tom is as tough as he is in business...he's a teddy bear when it comes to his friends and family. I know that he loves you so very much because his demeanor always softens whenever he sees you. May you find peace and happiness whenever you think of Tom.

"We just found out last night. I had the pleasure of knowing and working with Tom Starting in the 70's at NPC. What a standup guy, a leader, a great soul. Once during the early 90's I was working on a wish for a Make a Wish child, a Hobbit Play House and asked Tom for some help. His immediate reply was "What do you need" Once I asked Tom how he became successful and without hesitation said, " I surround myself with good people" An honor to know, work with and call you my friend. Rest in Peace Tom and sincere prayers for the family. Lynn and Judi Taylor"

"I was a member of Tom's sales team at NPC in Austin during the late 70's. Tom came up with F-Troop as a name for us. We sold a lot of real estate. There was plenty of competition and camaraderie. Good times!"

"How sad to hear of Tom's passing, he was the ultimate entrepreneur, a man who put 150% into everything he did. He was a mentor to many as he inspired others to succeed not just in business, but in life. We all know what a good business man Tom was, but the most impressive thing about him to me is the love he had for his family. Sincere condolences to Dee and the family."

"Dear Dee and Family,
So sorry about your loss of Tommy. He was much loved by his schoolmates at New Port Public Schools. He was a lot of fun and we will always remember him.
