Greg was such a cheerful person and a leader who projected enthusiasm wherever he went -- whether it was making things happen with Art Festival logistics or dropping in on new neighborhood residents in his role as Volunteer Fireman in the City Park area. I will always remember how Greg's smiling face would brighten the day as he drove around Art Festival in a golf cart. I am sorry that I hadn't seen Greg in a few years -- due to my not working on Art Festival recently -- but will always remember him.

To all the Spence family - I am very sorry for your loss. Greg and I knew each other for a long time, worked together in New York, enjoyed traveling through Mexico with our then-spouses, lost contact and then started to talk again a few months ago. I hope that in time, good memories and peace will take the place of loss and sorrow that you feel now.

We will miss Greg We had so many good times together over the years with Fiesta AFAF and Art City. He was always cheerful and ready to help any way he could. He will be missed by all that knew him. Tom and Paula
