Memories & Candles
There are things that we don't want to happen but have to accept, things we don't want to know but have to learn, and people we can't live without but have to let go.
I was sorry to learn of your father's death. My sympathy to you and your family.

David,
Your father was a close friend of my father Mark Noble., R.Ph. I remember trips to your father's pharmacy when I was a child. My father died last Sunday. I am sure your father and mine are having a great time catching up on old times. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. - Jerry Noble

Mr Dismukes was such an inspiration to all of us who had the privilege of working with him through the Texas Pharmacy Association. He was always ready to step up and help. Jim and I had the double blessing of attending the same church with he and Mildred a few years back. Our sincere sympathies to the entire family.

Bill Dismukes was one of the finest person I have ever known! Let me be perfectly clear, Bill was an extraordinary person and friend. In 1963 I moved from the Panhandle to Austin. I had one child and was looking for a pharmacy and "lucky" for me I met Bill. There was a time I was paying my pharmacy bill in "payments" instead of the "balance due".
I talked to Bill in regard to that method and Bill assured me that

May the Good Lord give you comfort knowing he was on this earth to show us what a Mighty God we serve. Mr. Dismukes was such a kind man. He had a smile for everyone he came in contact with. I always enjoyed listening to his life stories, about how much he loved his family. I could see something so special about the way he treated his wife. I know I am a better person today because of Mr. Dismukes.

Pam & Bruce are thinking of all of you and remembering all of the wonderful years we were so close. The Dismukes family will carry on the same high ideas and principals of Bill & Mildred.
God Bless you all.
